“Our Invitation To You”
Persons may join the Georgetown Baptist Church family
in one of the following ways:
*by profession of faith in Christ followed
by baptism;
*by transfer of membership from another
Baptist church;
*by statement of prior conversion and baptism by
immersion in another church;
*by acceptance from another denomination which
does not practice baptism by immersion;
the new member would be baptized as a
re-statement of faith symbolizing a desire to
unite with this church and its heritage;
*by watchcare, leaving your membership in a
"home" church but aligning with GBC as your
church away from home.
